How This School Became Eric’s School
Eric Magrini didn’t set out to own a driving school. He set out to teach people how to drive, and for more than 20 years, that’s exactly what he did at Right Way Driving School.
He learned the roads of Cedar Grove, Verona, and Montclair the way only a working instructor can: intersection by intersection, student by student. He knew which turns made new drivers nervous. He knew how to get someone to relax behind the wheel. And he knew, better than almost anyone, what it took to pass the NJ road test on the first try.
In 2025, when the opportunity came to purchase Right Way Driving School, Eric didn’t think twice. He’d built his career here. His reputation was here. His students, hundreds of them now driving safely throughout Essex County, were the reason this school mattered.
Today, Eric runs Right Way Driving School the same way he taught: with patience, precision, and a genuine investment in every student who sits in that passenger seat for the first time.
